It is no wonder that Chase's favorite song is "On the Road Again" (performed by Daddy, of course). He is a little boy who loves nothing more than to get up and go. For those of you who have visited lately, you are well aware that the days of sitting and holding the little guy are long gone-
Chase needs to move. His days are filled with regular stroller rides to the park with his buddy Layla, dance parties, tours of the house and back yard, and very regular visits to Target or anywhere else he can look around and explore the world! Lucky for him, he had a busy month. He attended his first birthday party to help cousin Sofia celebrate turning four. He hosted his first group play date this month and hung out with his buddies Cole, Mason, Brooke and Hailey. After that he headed down to meet his new buddy Alex, followed by a visit with Mum-mum & Pop-pop. Then finally, in need of some relaxation, he retreated to Grammy & Grandpa's for a sleepover.
Every morning it seems like he has grown, greeting us with that big smile, ready to tackle the day. Chase is already 17 lbs and moved into 6-month clothes this week. I think he is trying to catch up to daddy and all of his uncles! He's becoming quite a happy and curious little man, whose wonder is only matched by his extreme appetite.
